And Prosecco is the main ingredient in all three Spritz drinks you will get to taste. The hugely popular sparkling wine from Italy is fresh, delicious and wonderfully bubbly too. Of course, it’s delicious on its own, but the Italians certainly know how to make Spritz cocktails…

Your in-house expert will be concocting three mighty fine Spritz. Start with the house classic Spritz, which is a little like a Hugo, with a delicate taste of elderflower. So refreshing and delicious.

Then there’s the Campari Spritz. Rather akin to an Aperol Spritz, you get the sweet from the Prosecco, the sour from citrus and the bitter (and red colour) from the Campari liqueur. Add some ice and soda and you’ve got your Campari Spritz.

And finally, an absolute classic Italian beverage; the Limoncello Spritz. A zesty little number with Prosecco, Limoncello and soda, giving off superyacht in Portofino at sunset vibes!
