The success of the Leonardslee Estate is testament to the extraordinary journey of its owner, Penny Streeter OBE, going from humble beginnings to creating prestigious English wines and turning Leonardslee into a wonderful place to visit.
The winery sits in beautifully restored woodland gardens, surrounded by lakes and the vineyards. As Penny says, this tranquil place is ‘Rooted in history, a vineyard, a place and a legacy’.
Your afternoon tea for two will be served in the Vineyard Restaurant, the stylish eatery featuring warm hues and soft furnishings, in a scenic setting.
The kitchen prides itself on creating beautifully presented afternoon tea platters, combining classic favourites with seasonal twists, best enjoyed with a glass of Leonardslee sparkling wine each, which is included.
Tea and coffee is unlimited, with a wide choice of teas by Novus. Featuring such delights as Egyptian Mint, Sapphire Earl Grey and Spiced Chai, Novus is renowned for its premium teas, providing a superior tasting experience.
