What Can I Expect

Looking for an authentic rally driving experience in Scotland? You’ve come to the right place. These half-day rallying sessions in MkII Escorts and/or Imprezas are on genuine loose gravel trails in the pine forests of Dumfries & Galloway.

All the rally instructors are current motorsport competitors who are passionate about their rallying, so you learn from the very best, in (what are now rare) race-spec Subaru and Ford cars maintained by a renowned motor sport outfit.

These half-day rally courses all start with a short driver briefing and end with the chance to race against the clock on a timed lap. What happens in between entirely depends on which voucher you choose!

No previous experience is necessary. You'll be taught how to execute pendulums and handbrake turns, the essential moves to get you round the loose gravel faster. Training is done in-car, so you get maximum driving time and instructors will take their lead from what you want to do.  Experience driving an authentic stage at a breath-taking venue.

This impressive Dumfries circuit is truly typical of a competition forest rally stage. It boasts trees, hills, hairpins and even great views of the Scottish countryside.

A little insider tip for you. Take careful note of the group sizes here. You will either be in a pair on the Gold experience, or going full VIP on a one-to-one exclusive Platinum experience. Much better stats than many other rally schools out there.

Buy your voucher now for the most authentic half-day rally driving experiences in Scotland - you will not be disappointed.
