- Private one-to-one introduction to chalk stream fly fishing
- These exclusive sessions can accommodate one or two people (additional participants available upon request)
- Lessons cover all the basics of trout fly fishing; including choosing the right equipment and tackling up
- Learn about insect life and fly selection, casting and of course hooking and landing your first trout!
- Tuition from a knowledgeable and fully qualified fishing instructor
- Choose from a 2 hour, half day (4 hour) or full day (8 hour) experience

What Can I Expect
World class fly fishing in Hampshire! Our two-hour tasters, half- and full-day private fishing lessons take you straight to the heart of rural Hampshire, to go fishing with an expert in the stunning South Downs.
Jamie is your host. He is super passionate about opening up top-class fishing to everyone. What makes these lessons so accessible is the fact that all are welcome, including absolute beginners, as the session is private to you.
Our vouchers are for one or for two people to fish together. Jamie will take you to one of his personal favourite spots in the idyllic Meon Valley, where the tranquil, spring-fed water flows crystal clear.
The perfect habitat for rainbow and brown trout to thrive, these are well-stocked waters, so if there was ever a place to catch your first trout on the fly, these fishing experiences in the Meon Valley are it!
All the gear you need is included, from the rod and bait, right down to the wellies for wading in. Jamie is an excellent coach, with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local flowing and still waters around the River Meon, as well as being mindful about conservation and wildlife.
