What Can I Expect
Drive age 10’s Norwich base at Tibenhem Airfield is perfect for getting a head start in driving! With solo 30 and 60-minute sessions, as well as great value five for the price of four lesson bundles available, these experiences are always best-sellers.
Open to anyone aged 10 years or older, lessons will boost confidence and set youngsters on the right track for learning to drive and getting their licence. The instructors are all super patient and know how to encourage teens and banish any pre-drive nerves.
The location for these lessons is ideal. Tibenham Airfield, between Thetford and Norwich, is easily accessible from all over Norfolk and Suffolk. What's more, a specially-laid out course is created to reflect real driving conditions, but without the traffic and perils of the open road!
The drive age 10 team based here in Norwich is friendly and welcoming, with every child meeting their instructor before heading out to the cars. All vehicles are manual and dual-control, allowing first-time drivers to steer, brake, accelerate and change gear themselves in complete safety.
If you remember your first driving lesson, you probably over-revved the engine then kangaroo’d the poor driving instructor’s car for a few metres before stalling. Just imagine how much more confident you would have been if you had already had a go at driving from the tender age of 10?
One of our most popular activities for children under 17 by a mile, the chance to drive from the age of 10 years at this Norwich centre is always going to go down well with the kids!
