What Can I Expect

Clay pigeon shooting in Knaresborough - an excellent choice for groups! Accommodating up to 50 guests at once, these clay shoots just outside Harrogate are great fun and they are ideal for beginner shooters and those with some experience alike.

The 3.5-acre shooting ground specialises in clay shoots and has been operating since 1960. The team prides itself on the quality of shooting available, with new targets each day, so no one ever gets bored at Knaresborough!

We are offering vouchers for 25, 30 and 45 clay shoot sessions. The minimum age to take part is 12 and a gun suitable for your size and stature will be provided for you. All guests will receive a full safety briefing, so everyone knows the dos and don’ts of being in an outdoor shooting arena.

When it comes to taking aim and firing at the clays, the targets are all button-operated at Knaresborough, so instructors can vary the speed and trajectory of those clays you’ll be aiming at.

Facilities on site are really good, with a clubhouse where you can pop in and get a snack or a drink, as well as a large, free car parking area. Spectators are also welcome.
