What Can I Expect

This beehive sponsorship programme lets you adopt a beehive and taste the honey too! Beehive adoption for a year is available from the bees living in apiaries in Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, but you can adopt from anywhere in the country.

Stacy is the head beekeeper. She swapped her high-flying career in food and beverage marketing for the low-buzz of the busy bees, creating apiaries in Essex and at her East Anglian countryside home on the borders of Norfolk and Suffolk. She has created dozens of hives, providing homes for literally tens of thousands of bees.

We are offering two beehive sponsorship packages for you. The 'Queen Bee' is ideal if you are in the East Anglian / Essex region, as your pack includes an invitation for a private viewing of your adopted beehive. If you're not local, go for the 'Drone Bee' package, which gives you all the goodies without the visit.

Each sponsor will receive a welcome pack that includes lots of information on your adopted bees and their hive, where they live, how they make honey and when. There's also a jar of their lovely honey included - and it's unpasteurised, making it totally natural and full of the flavours of the meadow flowers that surround the hives.

You'll also receive updates on the hive of activity during the year, including news during the foraging season when honey production is in full-swing. Those who have the 'Queen Bee' pack will enjoy tasting the fruits of all that labour with a delivery of five jars of the season's honey.

Beehive sponsorship is a fun and unusual present to give, with the sweet reward of honey included.  As Stacy herself says : ‘We care about our little bit of the world' and you can show that you do too when you adopt one of her beehives.
