How do I use my voucher & can I extend it?

 
 

When do I have to use my voucher by?

All of our experiences must be booked and taken by the expiry date that is printed on your voucher. If you arrive for your experience day and your voucher has expired, you may not be able to take your experience.

 
 
 

Can I extend my voucher?

If you need to extend your voucher, simply visit the  customer portal  and log in with your 10 digit voucher number and PIN code to do this. Please note, it may not be possible to extend your voucher if it was purchased as one of our fantastic special offers or if we no longer offer the same experience. If your voucher cannot be extended, you will be advised to contact us directly to discuss your options.

 
 
 

How much does it cost to extend my Into The Blue voucher?

There is an extension fee of £10 for vouchers under £100 and £20 for vouchers over £100 per voucher PLUS any price difference that has occurred since the voucher was purchased. If you would like to extend more than one voucher on the same order, this will be £10 for the first voucher under £100 and £20 for the first voucher over £100, then £5 thereafter for any further vouchers, plus any price difference.

Once you have extended your voucher, we will send you an email with an e-voucher confirming the new expiry date. 

 
 
 

Can I use my voucher after the expiry date?

All experiences need to be booked and taken by the expiry date printed on your voucher. If you would like to book your experience after the expiry date, this is at the supplier's discretion, however they are under no obligation to accept this if the voucher has expired or will expire before your experience date. You can extend your voucher online via our  customer portal.

 
 
 

Can I use my voucher on the expiry date?

All experiences need to be booked and taken by the expiry date printed on your voucher (including the date of expiry.) We always recommend booking your experience well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

 
 
 

My voucher has already expired, can I still extend it?

Please call our Customer Services department on 01959 578100 to revalidate your voucher. There is a fee of £10 for vouchers under £100 and £20 for vouchers over £100 plus any price difference that has occurred since the purchase date. This will extend your voucher for a further year. The only occasion that this might not be possible is if the experience is no longer available. If this is the case your voucher can be exchanged over to an experience of the same value of your choice.

 
 
 

I have a Monetary Voucher / Choice Token. What do I need to do?

If you have one of our Choice or Gift tokens for an amount of money, you need to register the voucher via our registration portal using the voucher number and PIN code. Once you've put in all your details, you'll see how much credit you have to spend. Pick what you want to do and your available credit will be used at checkout. Spend less and we'll give you a new voucher for the remainder. Spend more and you simply pay the extra online. After that, you make your booking with the supplier using the contact details provided. W hen you make your choice of activity your voucher will be valid for a year from the date it's exchanged.
