In November 2025, Into The Blue was acquired by Tom Redpath, Dan Mountain and Smartbox Group, bringing together a team with deep expertise in experience gifting, customer service excellence, brand building and scalable growth. Smartbox Group adds extensive experience in the European experiences marketplace, with strengths in technology, marketing and customer experience.
