All boarding information will be on your cruise confirmation. Make sure you allow plenty of time to get to the departure point ready to board. Piers will close a few minutes before the boat sets sail.

Thames boat operators are constrained by specific pier slot times for embarking and disembarking, so the crews will have to set sail within their allocated time slot. Unfortunately, they won't be able to turn back and pick up late arrivals.
