For adult paintballing you'll need to be at least 16 years old to take part. Under 18s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult who is also taking part. Some venues will accept all-child groups from age 10 or mixed family groups.

Nearly all operators provide the full kit, that's to say coveralls, body armour, helmets, goggles and gloves. And then, of course, you've got the paintball gun, gas canisters and your hopper. To splat the enemy! Seriously though, some venues offer 'free play', whilst others have scenarios and tasks for you to work through. Some involve capturing flags, others task you to stand guard and not let the enemy take control of something like a forest fort or a ammunition store. All experiences are run as team sessions, with your team going head to head against the other team.
