Too much chocolate this Easter
Easter – a fine excuse to eat even more chocolate than usual and we certainly made the most of it, having spent a good percentage of our wages on yummy Lindt chocolate bunnies. Thick, creamy Swiss chocolate perfectly formed in a cute bunny rabbit shape wrapped in gold foil and dressed with a little jingly bell. Chocolate heaven.
Now the Easter hols are all done and dusted and we’re back to work, we find ourselves torn between keeping up the chocolate pace and booking ourselves onto a chocolate making course or being good and going jogging now it’s lighter in the evenings. A tough choice.
Not being able to decide we’ve decided the best thing to do is to sit on the fence and do both! Result. Sitting here writing this bog we’re as happy as Larry with a mug of Earl Grey tea and a white choc Lindt bunny who is already missing his rabbit ears. And before you ask, we actually jumped out of bed this morning (read: dragged) and went for a run in the fresh early morning air, so we deserve it!
All we have to do now is decide which chocolate workshop we want to go on to really hone our choc making skills in the hope that we’ll be handcrafting our own chocolate delights by next Easter – you can choose from London, Bournemouth, Brighton, Kent, Stratford, Leamington Spa or Birmingham and all offer a day of cocoa delights and chocolatey goodness. Mmmmm!
