2 for 1 evening cookery classes – a perfect Mother’s Day gift

It’s too early to panic about Mother’s Day on the 3rd April, but we’ve just this minute added a new special offer to the Into the Blue website that we think makes an excellent Mother’s Day present.

The very special two for one evening cookery classes take place at this professional cookery school near Chelmsford in Essex. There are a whole loads of classes to choose from, including gourmet dining (if you fancy impressing someone!), express dinner for two (if time isn’t on your side in the kitchen) and even a seafood extravaganza so you can learn what you should do with those fresh crab claws you bought.

All classes are hosted by the school’s professional chefs, which includes owner Ann Hood and her head chef all the way off of France, Franck Pontais. Now we haven’t heard Franck actually speak, but if his profile photo on the school’s website is anything to go by, we think he’ll be Gallic charm personified with that lovely accent!
